  • If you to need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we request a minimum of 24 hours of notice prior to your appointment. Cancellations under 24 hours will incur a $75 fee. We understand that some schedule changes aren’t predictable. If something comes up, let us know and we’ll do our best to accommodate you. We simply ask that you do your best to respect the time of our other clients and we’ll do our best to respect yours.

  • Upon arrival, if our door is closed, please knock on the door to let us know you’ve arrived & have a seat in the reception area just outside our door. We’re likely finishing up with another client and will be with you shortly! :)

  • If you ever have any new health or personal concerns or have any changes in your current health concerns, please always let us know. This information helps us give you the most helpful and personalized care possible.
